These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to purchases, payments, fulfilment and transactions made through Subah Savera.

1. Product Listings

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, quantity, packaging and other relevant information.

Actual product appearance or packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, production batches or packaging updates.

2. Prices & Charges

Product prices displayed on our website may be updated from time to time.

Any applicable shipping fee, tax, handling charge or other amount will normally be shown before you complete checkout.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, customers must provide complete and accurate information, including contact and delivery details.

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a genuine operational, stock, payment or verification issue.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not always guarantee fulfilment if stock or payment issues arise.

5. Payment Terms

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery, where offered, may depend on order value, customer location, courier availability and serviceability.

We may not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been packed, handed to the courier or otherwise entered fulfilment.

11. Returns & Refunds

Return, replacement and refund requests will be handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

12. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may ask for photographs, videos, packaging details and order information before approving a return, replacement or refund.

13. Promotional Offers

Discounts, coupons, promotional offers and special pricing may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, expiry dates and usage restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot always be combined with one another.

14. Pricing Errors

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing, technical or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error before fulfilment.

Where necessary, the affected order may be cancelled and any eligible payment may be refunded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Subah Savera will not be responsible for losses caused by events reasonably outside our control, including courier interruptions, payment-network issues, internet outages or natural events.
